New Website, Blog and Buffalo

BoxerCup SA Newsletter

New BoxerCup Web Site & Blog

The exciting news, apart from the East London racing this weekend, we have a new site and a blog. Hopefully this will be convenient and save you time, especially the new site as a lot of value added links have been added.

The new site can be visited by clicking www.myracing.co.za and the blog can be seen, and comments lodged, at www.myboxercup.blogspot.com. Test ride / click them and send me feedback and suggestion. It's been a huge, exciting learning curve and will no doubt continue to be.

The reason for the website name change is to be give slightly more flexibility to add more "general" racing and to ultimately let the sun shine on everyone and make it much easier for any user to get the any relevant information regarding racing.

Isn't it always, even with Google, such a pain and time consuming exercise to find relevant information like tracks, rider or racing training, track days, photos, etc? So isn't it high time to have a site is not just for BoxerCup racers and fans, but for anyone interested in biking and racing.

After all, BoxerCup is for any rider that want to use his road going sportboxer S BMW for racing as well. Fun, affordable, safe racing. A lot more useful links will be added in due course.

Instead of sending you long e-mails, like I'm busy doing, go check the BoxerCup site and blog now and tell me what you think. Critical commentary especially welcome, otherwise complacency might just knock on the door, and we don't want that, do we?

BoxerCup Buffalo - Wesbank Super Series & Triton Express Race Day

The disappointment with the cancellation of the 2 June Polekwane race has no doubt been forgotten with the excitement of the imminent East London breakaway and racing. I know a few guys have already left for EL. Wishing you a safe and fun journey and likewise for the rest, traveling tomorrow and the next few days.

About 140 bikes have entered for the different race categories for race day. It's bound to be a spectacular day for riders and spectators alike.

Full TV cocoverages provided thanks to Wesbank and mCubed Racing.

Gotta get outa here, see ya at the track. :-)

Thought For The Night
When the mind is full of memories and preoccupied by the future, it misses the freshness of the present moment. In this way we fail to recognise the luminous simplicity of mind that is always present behind the veils of thought.

Have an awesome week.

Henk

PS Don't forget your binoculars to hopefully do some whale watching from the pit roof.
